Today was another weigh-in day at Weight Watchers (my 3rd). I lost another 2 pounds for a total now of 15.8 pounds. I have already been to the Y to do my cardio and I'm glad about that. Two pounds per week doesn't sound like much, but it's healthy and it adds up!
