Just came back from a wonderful workout and I feel great. I always put those workouts off, but then feel so good when I finally go. Why is that? Hmmmmm...something to think about. Tomorrow is weigh in and I look forward to checking my progress.
YEA! Has the consistent exercise made a difference in how you feel? If you have more energy, how long did it take you to start feeling that way? Weeks, months? Have you found that certain foods make you feel better/worse? If so, what are they?
