Good news! I went to my WW meeting this morning and I have lost another 1.6 pounds for a total of 21.8 pounds!!!! I'm so proud of myself for sticking with my goal during this eating frenzy time at the TG/Christmas season. I've never done that before! No meeting next week on the 13th, but then we meet again the next week (the 20th) for one last time before January.
