Wow! I haven't been very good about putting my losses on here. I've been really busy, but that's never a good excuse. I will do my best to catch up on here and then it will be a while before I post again due to being out of the country on a cruise vacation during spring break with the family. I have been keeping up with cardio 4-5 times a week and keeping my food journal points for at least 5 days out of 7. I have lost another 1.2 pounds since I last posted. That's now an official total of 26.8 pounds. It's been slow, but consistent. I plan to continue my cardio while we're on the cruise at their fitness center onboard the ship. I do plan to eat sensibly, but there will be lots of food so I hope I don't gain weight! Bon voyage!
